Emil R. Dixon
I am the principal attorney at the Davis Legal Center, a boutique immigration law office in Northern California focusing exclusively on churches, ministers, missionaries, and religious workers of all denominations. I have more than a decade of experience working on human rights and immigration law and policy matters across the globe. I have represented individuals, for-profit corporations, and non-profit entities from more than 50 countries where I have successfully overseen more than 1,000 successful religious worker and minister cases.
I serve as the senior immigration counsel for one of the world’s major religious denominations where I oversee immigration matters for hundreds of churches around the globe. I have also successfully negotiated immigration solutions with foreign governments, consulates, and immigration officials on five continents.
Whether you are a small church that wants to sponsor a minister or other religious worker for a visa or a large denomination relocating a team of religious workers who need training, I have the experience to successfully guide you to success.
